By accessing or using CuisineEase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

CuisineEase is an online marketplace that connects customers with participating restaurants. We facilitate food ordering, reservations, payments, and related services. CuisineEase does not prepare food and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or delivery of meals prepared by restaurant partners.

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach.

• Prices, availability, and menu items are set by restaurant partners and may change without notice.
• By placing an order, you authorize CuisineEase and our payment partners to charge your selected payment method for the order total, including applicable fees and taxes.
• Cancellation and refund policies may vary by restaurant and order status. Contact support if you need assistance with a specific order.

Restaurants listed on CuisineEase are independent businesses. CuisineEase does not guarantee restaurant performance, hours of operation, or fulfillment of every order. Disputes regarding food quality, preparation time, or in-restaurant service should be directed to the restaurant, though we may assist in resolving issues when possible.

• You may not use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• You may not attempt to interfere with platform security, scrape data without permission, or reverse engineer our services.
• You may not impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.

All CuisineEase branding, software, design, and content (except restaurant-provided menu content) are owned by or licensed to CuisineEase. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit our intellectual property without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CuisineEase is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount you paid to CuisineEase for the transaction giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.

We may suspend or terminate your access to CuisineEase at any time if you violate these terms or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons. You may close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cameroon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Buea, Cameroon, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email, in-app notice, or by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use of CuisineEase after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
